• All orders must be paid in full before goods release.
• Accepted payment methods: Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Capitec pay,  and online payments on the LetsZen.online website.

Returns Policy:

• Goods may be returned only if damaged in transit.
• Returned goods’ sealed packaging must not be opened before return.
• Due to product nature, returns for reasons other than damage in transit cannot be accepted.

Shipping:

• Shipping charged at a flat rate, the specific amount to be determined.
• Orders within South Africa qualify for free shipping if the order value exceeds R1000.
